We want you to love your products right from the moment you open your box.

SHIPPING - We offer a  $9.99 FLAT RATE shipping

Do you ship internationally?  No. We only ship in the United States.

What happens after I pay and place my order?You will receive an email and or a text message letting you know that we received your order & you will also receive a tracking number, so you will know when your order will arrive and you can track it. 

  1. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. We may use different shipping carriers and the order could take 3 - 14 business days to arrive in your home depending on the carrier. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!  

What happens if I receive a broken or damaged item? 

We work very hard to package your items very carefully, but sometimes breakage may occur along the way to your home. Please follow the hassle-free steps below to ensure a quick resolve! We will work very hard to either replace the item, exchange (if possible) or issue store credit. 

    1. Immediately email us (within 3-days from the time you received the item) photos of the package and damaged items to CustomerCare@ShopHouseMarket.com 
    2. Do not throw the items away or discard the packaging and packaging material.
    3. We will contact you during normal business hours (M - F)  to let you know what to do next. 
SHIPPING (Furniture, Lighting, Sconces & Oversized Decor)  We charge a flat rate of $120 for deliveries. Some additional charges may apply depending on your state.  Please direct any questions about special deliveries to Help@ShopHouseMarket.com before placing an order. Special white-glove delivery service fees will apply for furniture deliveries. 

Please note that there may also be additional surcharges  and additional shipping charges on any furniture or oversized  deliveries. Please contact us if you have any questions.
