SHIPPING (Furniture, Lighting, Sconces & Oversized Decor) We charge a flat rate of $120 for deliveries. Some additional charges may apply depending on your state. Please direct any questions about special deliveries to Help@ShopHouseMarket.com before placing an order. Special white-glove delivery service fees will apply for furniture deliveries.
Do you ship internationally? No. We only ship in the United States.
What happens after I pay and place my order?
- You will receive an email and or a text message letting you know that we received your order & you will also receive a tracking number, so you will know when your order will arrive and you can track it.
- Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. We may use different shipping carriers and the order could take 3 - 14 business days to arrive in your home depending on the carrier. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
What happens if I receive a broken or damaged item?
We work very hard to package your items very carefully, but sometimes breakage may occur along the way to your home. Please follow the hassle-free steps below to ensure a quick resolve! We will work very hard to either replace the item, exchange (if possible) or issue store credit.
- Immediately email us (within 3-days from the time you received the item) photos of the package and damaged items to CustomerCare@ShopHouseMarket.com
- Do not throw the items away or discard the packaging and packaging material.
We will contact you during normal business hours (M - F) to let you know what to do next.
