Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. We may use different shipping carriers and the order could take 3 - 14 business days to arrive in your home. Please know that we will work very hard to ship out all items as quickly as possible.

What happens if I receive a broken or damaged item?

We work very hard to package your items very carefully, but sometimes breakage may occur along the way to your home. Please follow the hassle-free steps below to ensure a quick resolve! We will work very hard to either replace the item, exchange (if possible) or issue store credit.

Immediately email us (within 3-days from the time you received the item) photos of the package and damaged items to CustomerCare@ShopHouseMarket.com
Do not throw the items away or discard the packaging and packaging material.
We will contact you during normal business hours (M - F) to let you know what to do next.

Should I use a tractable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning an item? It's up to you. We would recommend that you do that for your records.

Do you offer exchanges? Due to the nature of our products, quantities and one-of-a-kind items, we are unable to offer exchanges. We only offer store credit.

Do you provide refunds? We are so thankful for you supporting our small business. We only offer store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Will House Market pay for my shipping on returned items? It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping when returning items back to House Market. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items.

Do you ship internationally? No. We only ship in the United States.
